IMPORTANT: Please note that to register you must first create an account and Log In to complete  your registration.

Registration fee:

– Early registration: € 350 (ends on April 05, 2019)
– Late registration: € 400 (ends on May 10, 2019)
– On-site registration: € 450 (payment in cash only)

The registration fee includes conference attendance, coffee breaks, the welcome reception and four lunches.
The signed order forms for dinner and all excursions must be received by April 05, 2019 to guarantee seating.

Financial Support

There might be a limited funding available for a small number of participants. Priority will be given to graduate students and postdocs. Interested participants should email the LOC with their name, date of birth, affiliation, position, the title & type of contribution (oral or poster), a short justification, CV, a recommendation letter, and the amount in euros requested, by March 1st, 2019, to be considered for financial support. Applicants will be notified by April 10 and are granted an extension on the early registration deadline (and for the Social Events) until April 15, 2019.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be received via e-mail by April 30, 2019 for a full refund less a €30 processing charge and Bank charges.
Cancellations received May 01, 2019 through May 15, 2019, receive a 50% refund less the Bank charges.
Cancellations made after May 16, 2019, or persons who do not appear at the conference are not eligible for any refund (unless exceptional circumstances). The refund will be processed one month after the conference.

Cancellations for the Social Events must be received via e-mail by May 15, 2019 for having only a €5 processing charge per event. For cancellations made after May 16, 2019,  a full payment will be charged.
